Os vizinhos do local, de 49 e 72 anos, foram atrás das crianças com um veículo após escutarem barulho de vidro sendo quebrado. Um dos garotos foi abordado e o restante fugiu ao avistarem o automóvel.

Segundo a polícia, um castigo foi aplicado pelos homens ao garoto capturado. A criança teria sido ameaçada, agredida com tapas e um pedaço de pau, além de ser queimada com cigarro.

A dupla alega que apenas amarrou a criança para que ela não fugisse enquanto a polícia estava a caminho. O isqueiro e cigarro do homem mais velho envolvido foram apreendidos, assim como a camiseta do menor.

Segundo a Guarda Municipal, quando chegaram ao local o menino foi solto, os pais acionados e ele levado até uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) de Valinhos.

Os suspeitos ficaram presos e permanecem à disposição da Justiça. O garoto irá passar por exame de corpo de delito e terá depoimento colhido novamente.
