O vereador Izaias Salustiano será o relator do processo que avaliará a conduta da vereadora Josi Quieras do Mandato Coletivo a partir de denúncia protocolada pelo vereador Felipe Passos junto a Corregedoria da Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa.
O processo foi impetrado junto à Corregedoria por Felipe Passos a respeito de pronunciamento da vereadora Josi Kieras do Coletivo.
O nome do relator foi definido pelo presidente da Corregedoria, vereador Jairton da Farmácia, na primeira reunião do colegiado após a denúncia, realizada na última quarta-feira (20).
A partir da designação, o relator, que terá 10 (dez) dias para se manifestar sobre a admissibilidade ou não da representação e a esfera de competência de julgamento.
A representação do Mandato Coletivo foi baseada na Resolução 335/2008 do Regimento Interno, em especial no Artigo 2º, I e II. Além dos vereadores Jairton e Izaias, integram a Corregedoria os vereadores Bianco, Geraldo Stocco e Paulo Balansin.
