A Marinha emitiu um alerta que o litoral do Rio de Janeiro tem o risco de ressaca, com ondas de 2,5 metros a 3 metros de altura. O alerta é que possa ocorrer entre as 21h desta terça-feira (26) e as 12h de amanhã (27).
O comunicado trouxe também a chegada de ventos de intensidade forte para esse mesmo período.
O Corpo de Bombeiros explicou em nota que a ressaca é uma elevação do nível do mar na costa, com a presença de fortes correntes de retorno.
Os Bombeiros ainda ponderaram que as pessoas que estiveram em pedras, costões e praias, que fiquem em alerta, pois as ondas podem surpreender e causar acidentes.
