Um motociclista de aproximadamente 55 anos sofreu ferimentos graves em um acidente ocorrido na avenida Pedro Wosgrau, na região de Uvaranas, em Ponta Grossa, no início da noite desta quarta-feira (3). O acidente envolveu dois veículos: um caminhão e uma motocicleta. Equipes de socorro foram acionadas e a vítima foi encaminhada ao Hospital Universitário Regional dos Campos Gerais.
Segundo relatos, no momento do acidente, havia um congestionamento na via devido a um caminhão com problemas mecânicos. Outro caminhão teria tentado ultrapassar o veículo parado, momento em que o motociclista, que seguia no sentido oposto, colidiu com o caminhão.
O Corpo de Bombeiros (Siate) e o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu) prestaram socorro no local. Foi constatado que o homem sofreu fratura na pelve, fratura aberta no membro inferior esquerdo, amputação de um dedo da mão esquerda e uma grave lesão na cabeça.
A vítima foi levada em estado grave ao HU-UEPG para receber os cuidados necessários. Devido à gravidade da fratura na perna, há risco de ser necessária a amputação do membro.
