Um grave acidente envolvendo um ônibus escolar e um caminhão carregado de milho deixou o motorista do coletivo encarcerado e crianças feridas nesta quarta-feira (22) no Km 326 da BR-376, em Ortigueira, município da Região Noroeste do Paraná.
De acordo com o Corpo de Bombeiros de Telêmaco Borba, cerca de 10 crianças estavam no ônibus. Ainda não há confirmação sobre a gravidade dos ferimentos das vítimas. O ônibus escolar atingiu a traseira do caminhão. Na sequência, o coletivo teria caído em uma ribanceira às margens da BR-376.
O motorista ficou preso às ferragens do ônibus. Equipes do Corpo de Bombeiros, Siate e a Polícia Rodoviária Federal (PRF) foram mobilizadas para atender a ocorrência. As vítimas devem ser encaminhadas a unidades de saúde da região. Já o condutor do caminhão não se feriu. A carga de milho ficou espalhada sobre a rodovia.
