Na manhã desta segunda-feira (30), um rapaz de 26 anos foi preso em Ponta Grossa, após raptar o filho.
Segundo o delegado Derick Moura Jorge, ele cometeu o crime por não se conformar com a separação. O homem e a mãe da criança romperam o relacionamento no último dia 24.
“Ele foi à residência da ex-mulher, de 29 anos, a fim de reatar o relacionamento. Ele pegou a criança de um ano e meio, que estava junto, e correu”, comentou o delegado.
O suspeito seguiu à casa de um parente e a mulher foi atrás. A mãe do bebê acionou a Polícia Militar, que esteve no local. O homem foi à rua com a criança nos braços e disse que não iria entregá-la.
A PM, porém, conseguiu retirar o menino do pai e prender o suspeito. Ele foi levado à 13ª Subdivisão Policial (SDP), onde, segundo Derick, teria xingado os policiais militares e a ex-mulher.
O homem foi autuado em flagrante pelos crimes de desacato, desobediência e subtração de incapaz.
