Na manhã desta quinta-feira (27), um balão foi avistado sobrevoando os céus de Ponta Grossa, gerando preocupação entre as autoridades locais. O objeto foi registrado em vídeo por moradores da região entre os bairros Oficinas e Cará-Cará.
