A Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa (CMPG) em nota oficial se manifestou sobre a decisão liminar da juíza Luciana Virmond Cesar, que suspende a Lei Municipal 15.387/2024 que aumenta os salários dos parlamentares.
Na nota a Câmara informou que cumprirá a decisão liminar. “Ressaltamos que a ação não trata do Legislativo como réu, mas sim cita os vereadores(as) eleitos(as) para a atual legislatura (2005-2028)”, ressaltaram.
O legislativo de Ponta Grossa destacou que apresentará as devidas manifestações no decorrer do processo legal, apresentando a contestação adequada.
A Câmara disse também que tem em vista o entendimento que a lei foi editada em observância aos ditames constitucionais e legais.
