A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Castro discute e vota em primeira aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o, nesta segunda-feira (15), o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 111\/2025, que autoriza o Poder Executivo a contratar opera\u00e7\u00f5es de cr\u00e9dito junto \u00e0 Ag\u00eancia de Fomento do Paran\u00e1 S.A. no valor de at\u00e9 R$ 54,6 milh\u00f5es. A autoria \u00e9 do pr\u00f3prio Poder Executivo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a proposta, os recursos ser\u00e3o destinados a investimentos considerados estrat\u00e9gicos para o desenvolvimento da cidade. Entre as \u00e1reas previstas est\u00e3o a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de terreno para conjunto habitacional, constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um complexo esportivo, implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo posto de sa\u00fade, pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de ruas, compra de im\u00f3vel para uso p\u00fablico e aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9dio pr\u00f3prio para a Escola Dr. Vicente Machado.<\/p>\n

O projeto tamb\u00e9m estabelece que, em garantia do financiamento, o munic\u00edpio poder\u00e1 vincular receitas do ICMS e do Fundo de Participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Munic\u00edpios (FPM), ou tributos equivalentes. Al\u00e9m disso, os valores dever\u00e3o constar no or\u00e7amento municipal, respeitando os limites de endividamento previstos pela Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (Lei Complementar n\u00ba 101\/2000) e normas do Senado Federal.<\/p>\n

Segundo a justificativa enviada pela Prefeitura, a medida busca viabilizar obras estruturantes em setores como habita\u00e7\u00e3o, sa\u00fade, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, mobilidade e esporte. A administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal destaca que os investimentos devem gerar impacto direto na qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com novos equipamentos p\u00fablicos e melhorias na infraestrutura urbana.<\/p>\n
