A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil do Paran\u00e1 (PCPR) em conjunto com a Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria municipal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A abordagem ocorreu ap\u00f3s uma den\u00fancia que indicava poss\u00edvel exerc\u00edcio irregular da profiss\u00e3o dentro da unidade hospitalar. Diante das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, policiais civis e agentes da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria foram at\u00e9 o local para averiguar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hospital, o homem foi encontrado utilizando um jaleco com seu nome e a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cm\u00e9dico\u201d. Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais tamb\u00e9m apreenderam um carimbo em nome de outro profissional m\u00e9dico que estava em posse do suspeito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com o delegado da PCPR, Marcondes Alves Ribeiro, ao ser questionado sobre sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o, o indiv\u00edduo apresentou vers\u00f5es contradit\u00f3rias. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es apontaram ainda que ele n\u00e3o possui forma\u00e7\u00e3o em medicina no Brasil e n\u00e3o apresentou documentos que comprovassem v\u00ednculo com institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino que justificassem uma eventual condi\u00e7\u00e3o de estagi\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inicialmente, o homem afirmou que estaria atuando apenas como estagi\u00e1rio. No entanto, admitiu n\u00e3o possuir registro no Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante o andamento da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, os policiais tamb\u00e9m localizaram fotografias nas quais o suspeito aparece realizando atividades privativas de m\u00e9dicos devidamente inscritos, o que refor\u00e7ou as suspeitas de exerc\u00edcio ilegal da profiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diante dos fatos, o homem foi conduzido \u00e0 delegacia, onde foi lavrado um Termo Circunstanciado de Infra\u00e7\u00e3o Penal (TCIP) pelo crime de exerc\u00edcio ilegal da medicina.
