O caso teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s den\u00fancia encaminhada \u00e0 3\u00aa Regional de Sa\u00fade do Paran\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em nota, o Instituto Moriah informou que o homem citado na ocorr\u00eancia n\u00e3o faz parte do corpo cl\u00ednico da unidade. Segundo a institui\u00e7\u00e3o, ele tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o possui v\u00ednculo profissional como m\u00e9dico com o hospital. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA pessoa mencionada n\u00e3o integra o corpo cl\u00ednico do Hospital Anna Fiorillo Menarim e tampouco possui v\u00ednculo profissional como m\u00e9dico com a unidade hospitalar\u201d, afirmou o instituto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acordo com o posicionamento, o homem participava apenas de atividades acad\u00eamicas ligadas a uma empresa m\u00e9dica terceirizada, respons\u00e1vel por prestar servi\u00e7os ao hospital. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cO referido indiv\u00edduo participava exclusivamente de atividades de est\u00e1gio acad\u00eamico na \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica, vinculadas a uma empresa m\u00e9dica terceirizada que presta servi\u00e7os ao hospital\u201d, explicou a institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ainda conforme o Instituto Moriah, o estudante possui gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em medicina, por\u00e9m ainda n\u00e3o tem registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Medicina do Paran\u00e1 (CRM-PR). Isso ocorre porque o diploma obtido no exterior est\u00e1 em processo de valida\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil por meio do Revalida. A segunda etapa da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 prevista para o m\u00eas de maio. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cA aus\u00eancia de registro profissional no CRM impede o exerc\u00edcio da medicina, circunst\u00e2ncia que foi integralmente observada no ambiente hospitalar\u201d, destacou o instituto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A entidade tamb\u00e9m afirmou que o estudante realizava apenas acompanhamento observacional, sempre sob supervis\u00e3o m\u00e9dica. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDurante todo o per\u00edodo em que esteve nas depend\u00eancias do hospital, o referido estagi\u00e1rio permaneceu exclusivamente em atividades de acompanhamento acad\u00eamico observacional, sempre sob supervis\u00e3o direta de m\u00e9dico tutor\u201d, diz a nota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo o Instituto Moriah, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios de que ele tenha realizado atendimentos ou procedimentos m\u00e9dicos na unidade. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEm nenhum momento realizou atendimentos cl\u00ednicos, procedimentos m\u00e9dicos ou cir\u00fargicos, tampouco manteve atua\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f4noma perante pacientes da unidade\u201d, informou a institui\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer ind\u00edcio de que pacientes tenham sido atendidos ou submetidos a procedimentos por parte do referido estagi\u00e1rio.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A dire\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital tamb\u00e9m destacou que mant\u00e9m protocolos de controle e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais que atuam na unidade e refor\u00e7ou que est\u00e1 \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o das autoridades para prestar esclarecimentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Prefeitura acompanha o caso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em nota oficial, a Prefeitura de Castro informou que a den\u00fancia foi verificada por equipes da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria em conjunto com a Pol\u00edcia Civil. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cServidores da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, \u00f3rg\u00e3o da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade, dirigiram-se at\u00e9 o hospital juntamente com a Pol\u00edcia Civil para averiguar a den\u00fancia de exerc\u00edcio irregular de medicina.
