A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi autorizada pelo ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), que expediu tr\u00eas mandados de pris\u00e3o e 14 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Al\u00e9m de Poncio, tamb\u00e9m foram alvos de mandados de pris\u00e3o o contraventor Adilson Oliveira Coutinho Filho, conhecido como Adilsinho, e o ex-deputado estadual Rodrigo Bacellar. Ambos j\u00e1 se encontravam presos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">M\u00e1rcio Poncio foi localizado e detido por agentes federais em um flat na Praia da Barra da Tijuca, na Zona Oeste do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<h2>Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apura suposta liga\u00e7\u00e3o com organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, M\u00e1rcio Poncio \u00e9 investigado por poss\u00edveis liga\u00e7\u00f5es com o grupo criminoso conhecido como &#8220;M\u00e1fia do Cigarro&#8221;. Adilsinho, apontado como uma das principais lideran\u00e7as do jogo do bicho no estado, \u00e9 investigado como chefe do esquema.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Federal, esta fase da opera\u00e7\u00e3o busca aprofundar a apura\u00e7\u00e3o de ind\u00edcios de lavagem de dinheiro atribu\u00eddos ao atual l\u00edder da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e verificar poss\u00edveis ramifica\u00e7\u00f5es do esquema envolvendo integrantes dos poderes Executivo e Legislativo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<h2>Ex-deputado tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 alvo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Entre os alvos dos mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o est\u00e1 o ex-deputado Marco Ant\u00f4nio Cabral, filho do ex-governador S\u00e9rgio Cabral.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Rodrigo Bacellar, que j\u00e1 estava preso, dever\u00e1 ser transferido do Complexo Penitenci\u00e1rio de Bangu, em Gericin\u00f3, para uma unidade prisional federal, conforme determina\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<h2>Bloqueio de bens<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O ministro Alexandre de Moraes tamb\u00e9m determinou o sequestro de bens e valores que podem chegar a R$ 22 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Unha e Carne integra as medidas determinadas pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal no julgamento da ADPF 635\/RJ, conhecida como ADPF das Favelas.
