Nesta terça-feira (17), começaram as obras para a construção de um mini hospital em Carambeí, com a demolição dos antigos prédios localizados no centro da cidade. Esses edifícios, que pertenciam à prefeitura de Castro desde o final dos anos 1990, quando Carambeí se tornou município, abrigavam a antiga delegacia de polícia, a Unidade de Saúde Nova Holanda e o Parque de Máquinas. A prefeita Elisangela Pedroso, do PL, expressou sua alegria com o início das obras, considerando a data como “o começo de um novo ciclo”. Ela destacou que “hoje, após três anos e nove meses de muito trabalho, o sonho começa a se tornar realidade”.
Elisangela também ressaltou o esforço de sua equipe para transformar o projeto em realidade. “Se trata de um empreendimento de pouco mais de 3 mil metros quadrados de edificação para trazer mais qualidade no atendimento da nossa população”, afirmou.
A prefeita mencionou a aprovação do projeto por várias instâncias, incluindo a Secretaria de Estado da Saúde e a Vigilância Sanitária Estadual, e elogiou o trabalho realizado. “Todo o esforço valeu a pena. Digo mais, fomos além, superamos a ideia de fazer apenas um novo centro de Saúde, vamos erguer um hospital de pequeno porte. É o maior investimento da história de Carambeí, um projeto pensado para as próximas décadas e gerações”, concluiu.
