Embora n\u00e3o sejam emendas parlamentares, deputados e senadores aparecem em documentos e publica\u00e7\u00f5es como respons\u00e1veis por indicar ou intermediar parte dos valores.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"747\">No <strong data-start=\"337\" data-end=\"347\">Paran\u00e1<\/strong>, foram identificados pelo menos tr\u00eas casos. Em Planalto, a prefeitura informou ter recebido <strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"454\">R$ 600 mil<\/strong> como \u201cemenda\u201d da deputada Gleisi Hoffmann, mas o recurso pertence ao or\u00e7amento do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade. Em Londrina, houve <strong data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"591\">R$ 400 mil<\/strong> destinados por meio da pasta, al\u00e9m de pedidos que somam <strong data-start=\"648\" data-end=\"668\">R$ 16,55 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>, dos quais R$ 5 milh\u00f5es teriam sido indicados pelo deputado Luiz Carlos Hauly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"933\">Os recursos n\u00e3o seguem as mesmas regras de transpar\u00eancia impostas pelo STF \u00e0s emendas parlamentares, o que dificulta identificar quanto foi efetivamente intermediado por congressistas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"1121\">O <strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"985\">Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade nega influ\u00eancia pol\u00edtica<\/strong> e afirma que os repasses s\u00e3o analisados tecnicamente e existem desde a d\u00e9cada de 1990 para complementar o custeio emergencial da sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1315\">Apesar disso, parlamentares de diferentes partidos t\u00eam divulgado atua\u00e7\u00e3o na libera\u00e7\u00e3o de valores.
