O Lago de Olarias, em Ponta Grossa<\/strong>, dever\u00e1 receber uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o de limpeza pesada com previs\u00e3o financeira de at\u00e9 R$ 3.055.301<\/strong>. As condi\u00e7\u00f5es para execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos foram publicadas no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio desta segunda-feira (21).<\/p>\n

O servi\u00e7o prev\u00ea uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de limpeza de fundo de vale<\/strong>, com utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas pesadas, caminh\u00f5es e equipes de trabalho.<\/p>\n

O valor consta no 126\u00ba aditivo ao Contrato de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os n\u00ba 189\/2008, firmado entre o Munic\u00edpio e a Ponta Grossa Ambiental Concession\u00e1ria de Servi\u00e7o P\u00fablico S\/A.<\/p>\n

Limpeza ter\u00e1 m\u00e1quinas e equipes especializadas<\/h2>\n

Entre os equipamentos previstos para os trabalhos est\u00e3o caminh\u00f5es basculantes, escavadeiras hidr\u00e1ulicas de diferentes capacidades, p\u00e1 carregadeira, retroescavadeira, caminh\u00e3o Munck e motobomba.<\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 prevista uma escavadeira hidr\u00e1ulica de 22 toneladas equipada com bra\u00e7o de 15 metros. Para esse equipamento, foi estabelecido valor vari\u00e1vel de R$ 169,44 por hora<\/strong>, com limite mensal de R$ 137.652,15.<\/p>\n

J\u00e1 a equipe padr\u00e3o destinada \u00e0 limpeza do lago tem previs\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de R$ 143.624,08 por m\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

R$ 3 milh\u00f5es representam valor previsto<\/h2>\n

Apesar de o contrato estabelecer um montante de R$ 3.055.301, isso n\u00e3o significa que todo o dinheiro ser\u00e1 necessariamente gasto.<\/p>\n

Os pagamentos dever\u00e3o ocorrer por meio de medi\u00e7\u00f5es mensais e ser\u00e3o calculados de acordo com os servi\u00e7os efetivamente realizados e aprovados pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o municipal.<\/p>\n

Para receber, a empresa dever\u00e1 apresentar documenta\u00e7\u00e3o como relat\u00f3rios mensais, di\u00e1rios de obra, registros fotogr\u00e1ficos, rela\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos utilizados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os dias trabalhados.<\/p>\n

Caso parte do montante previsto n\u00e3o seja utilizada, o saldo dever\u00e1 retornar ao Fundo Municipal de Meio Ambiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Prefeitura ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por acompanhamento<\/h2>\n

A interven\u00e7\u00e3o ter\u00e1 participa\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente (SMMA)<\/strong> e da Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura (SMI)<\/strong>, al\u00e9m da concession\u00e1ria nas atividades previstas no aditivo.<\/p>\n

O Munic\u00edpio tamb\u00e9m ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela licen\u00e7a ambiental necess\u00e1ria para a interven\u00e7\u00e3o. As responsabilidades t\u00e9cnicas dever\u00e3o ser individualizadas de acordo com as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de cada executor.<\/p>\n

O contrato determina ainda que sejam utilizados somente os equipamentos e servi\u00e7os considerados necess\u00e1rios para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o da limpeza.<\/p>\n

Contrato vai at\u00e9 dezembro<\/h2>\n

A vig\u00eancia estabelecida no aditivo compreende o per\u00edodo entre 9 de mar\u00e7o e 31 de dezembro de 2026<\/strong>, com convalida\u00e7\u00e3o da data inicial.<\/p>\n
