No dia 27 de maio, às 11h30, em alusão ao Maio Amarelo, será realizada uma simulação de acidente de trânsito com vítimas. Participarão dessa ação conjunta as autoridades de trânsito de Ponta Grossa, incluindo Polícia Militar, Polícia Rodoviária Estadual, Polícia Rodoviária Federal, Defesa Civil, Corpo de Bombeiros, Secretaria de Segurança Pública Municipal, Superintendência de Trânsito e Transportes, Guarda Municipal, Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU), Departamento de Estradas e Rodagem (DER) e a 2ª Circunscrição Regional de Trânsito (CIRETRAN).
A iniciativa tem o objetivo de chamar a atenção para o alto índice de acidentes de trânsito e conscientizar os motoristas sobre a importância da responsabilidade ao volante. A simulação será realizada na Avenida Bonifácio Vilela, na Praça Barão do Rio Branco.
Essa ação busca sensibilizar a população para a prevenção de acidentes e reforçar a importância do comportamento seguro no trânsito. O evento faz parte de uma série de atividades promovidas durante o Maio Amarelo, um movimento internacional que visa reduzir os acidentes e suas consequências.
Os organizadores esperam que a simulação sirva como um alerta para todos os motoristas, incentivando atitudes mais prudentes e responsáveis no trânsito, contribuindo assim para a diminuição dos acidentes e a preservação de vidas.
