Se o Parlamento tem as mesmas prerrogativas do Executivo, ele deve ter também as mesmas obrigações”, disse Haddad.
“Ninguém quer retirar a prerrogativa de ninguém. Mas não pode um Poder ficar submetido a regras rígidas, e o outro, não. Se a exigência de equilíbrio fiscal valer só para o Executivo, ele não será alcançado nunca”, também declarou o ministro.
Em nota divulgada à imprensa, Pacheco cita diretamente Haddad. “A admoestação do ministro Haddad, por quem tenho respeito, é desnecessária, para não dizer injusta com o Congresso”.
