A Polícia Federal (PF) está investigando se o chaveiro Francisco Wanderley Luiz, que morreu após provocar uma explosão na frente do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) na quarta-feira (13), agiu com apoio de terceiros para realizar o ataque. A linha de investigação busca entender como ele financiava sua estadia em Brasília, o que pode revelar possíveis cúmplices ou patrocinadores desse ato, considerado uma tentativa de abalar o Estado de Direito.
Luiz, conhecido como Tiü França, alugou uma casa em Ceilândia, onde viveu nos últimos quatro meses e onde teria preparado parte dos explosivos. Além disso, ele possuía um trailer estacionado próximo à Praça dos Três Poderes, entre outros veículos adaptados para venda de alimentos. “Esse trailer alugado há alguns meses estava em um ponto estratégico, nas proximidades do STF, o que nos aponta para um planejamento de longo ou médio prazo”, afirmou o diretor-geral da PF, Andrei Rodrigues, em coletiva nesta quinta-feira (14).
Durante as buscas no imóvel e no trailer, a PF encontrou material explosivo. Houve uma detonação acidental quando o robô do esquadrão antibombas abriu uma gaveta na casa, o que segundo Rodrigues “salvou a vida de alguns policiais”. Outros itens e documentos foram apreendidos, incluindo um celular, que podem auxiliar nas investigações. O dono do imóvel foi ouvido pela PF, mas ainda está sob forte impacto do ocorrido.
Andrei Rodrigues também revelou que familiares relataram que Luiz esteve em Brasília em outras ocasiões, inclusive no início de 2023. “Embora ainda seja cedo para dizermos se ele participou diretamente dos atos de 8 de janeiro, há indícios de um planejamento a longo prazo”, afirmou o diretor-geral.
