A Equipe da Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Palmeira, dando fiel cumprimento a um Mandado de Prisão expedido pelo Poder Judiciário, prendeu, na manhã desta segunda-feira (14), um indivíduo de 26 anos, em razão da regressão de regime prisional de condenações pelo delitos de tráfico de entorpecentes e roubo qualificado. A soma das penas totaliza 12 anos, 10 meses e 25 dias de condenação.
O indivíduo foi encontrado no município de Porto Amazonas, em sua residência, e não ofereceu resistência ao ser abordado pela Equipe de Investigação da Delegacia de Palmeira. Realizados os trâmites de Policia Judiciária, foi encaminhado à Penitenciária Estadual de Ponta Grossa – PEPG, local onde fica à disposição do Poder Judiciário.
