A Polícia Civil do Paraná (PCPR) elucidou o homicídio que vitimou João Domiciano Neto na madrugada do dia 9 de novembro, em Santana do Itararé, no Norte Pioneiro do Estado. Dois homens, de 31 e 49 anos, foram presos na segunda-feira (18), em um hotel localizado em São José dos Pinhais, na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba. Um deles é o vereador Nenê da Ambulância, de Salto do Itararé.
Na data do fato, a vítima foi atingida por disparos de arma de fogo na região do tórax, em um crime que, segundo as investigações, teve motivação política.
“As investigações revelaram que o crime foi encomendado pelo primeiro suplente da vítima, que teria agido motivado por desavenças políticas. Além disso, o filho do suplente teria participado das negociações para a contratação dos executores”, explica o delegado da PCPR Huarlei Oliveira.
Conforme apurado, dois indivíduos, identificados como executores, estavam na região desde o dia anterior ao crime. Enquanto um deles entrou na residência da vítima, o outro permaneceu na entrada. Após o crime, com apoio da Polícia Militar do Paraná (PMPR), foi identificado que o veículo utilizado por eles seguia sentido Curitiba. Ambos morreram em confronto com policiais militares na sequência.
Além do homicídio qualificado, os envolvidos estão sendo investigados por organização criminosa, uma vez que realizaram planejamento detalhado do crime, que envolveu dois mandantes e dois executores.
