Um homem, de 41 anos, e uma mulher, de 48, foram presos ontem (10) por policiais civis pela prática do crime de estelionato na região do bairro Nova Rússia, em Ponta Grossa.
Conforme a Polícia Civil do Paraná (PC-PR), o suspeito estaria usando os documentos da vítima para comprar um veículo na cidade de Curitiba e a entrega seria feita em Ponta Grossa.
“Através desta informação, foram feitas diligências preliminares as quais possibilitaram contato com o lojista da capital, o qual relatou que uma mulher havia financiado um veículo seminovo em sua revenda de carros, porém no momento da conferência facial com o banco, houve alerta de divergência”, destacou a polícia.
De acordo com a investigação, o comerciante entrou em contato com a vítima de Ponta Grossa e questionou sobre a compra do carro, o que foi prontamente negado pela vítima, ficando evidente a tentativa de golpe. O casal de golpistas ainda permaneceu enviando insistentes mensagens ao lojista, cobrando a entrega do carro em Ponta Grossa, indicando local de encontro para a entrega do veículo.
“A partir disso, a equipe da 13ª SDP deslocou-se até o ponto de encontro, identificando o casal, que em um primeiro momento tentou ludibriar a equipe policial, mas diante das informações apresentadas, acabaram confessando a prática criminosa e conduzidos até a delegacia onde houve formalização do flagrante”, informou o delegado Gabriel Munhoz.
O homem preso pela polícia possui diversas passagens policiais por vários crimes, inclusive patrimoniais. De acordo com a investigação, existem diversas vítimas na capital do Estado que tiveram seus dados utilizados de forma fraudulenta para compra de veículos, e que irão comparecer até as unidades policiais para registro da ocorrência. O prejuízo evitado para a vítima é de aproximadamente R$ 70 mil.
