Foi enviado ao Portal Mz Notícias uma denúncia sobre a compra de votos realizada por uma vereadora de Piraí do Sul, a Diretora Elaine Filha do Neo, do partido União, durante as eleições municipais de 2024.
Além do Boletim de Ocorrência (BO), registrado na última semana, 04 de fevereiro, a suposta compra de votos ocorreu em setembro de 2024, dois meses antes das eleições municipais, existe também um vídeo que mostra o momento da compra de votos.
A vereadora que também é diretora de um Colégio Cívico Militar, aparece no vídeo, enviado ao MZ Notícias com exclusividade, negociando com eleitor a compra de votos através de cartão.
Nas imagens também aparece que o eleitor afirmando que tinha cinco votos garantidos e Elaine pede que eles publiquem a sua propaganda nas redes sociais. Ela oferece também o seu cartão e senha para que o eleitor abastecesse seu veículo.

Elaine que tem 48 anos é natural de Castro, foi a 8ª parlamentar com mais votos em Piraí do Sul, com 448 votos, um total de 3,15% das urnas da cidade, pelo partido União.
A reportagem não conseguiu respostas com a equipe da vereadora até o fechamento da matéria.
