Dois homens brigaram entre si e se mataram usando a mesma arma de fogo na manhã desta quarta-feira (24) em Fortaleza. O crime foi registrado por uma câmera de segurança de uma casa.
No vídeo é possível ver, quando um homem de camisa azul saiu de casa para rua e observou outra pessoa, vestida com roupa preta. Eles iniciaram um bate-boca e logo em seguida trocaram socos, então o rapaz de preto sacou uma arma de fogo e disparou contra o rival. O homem baleado reagiu, pegou a mesma arma e apontou para o agressor, que foi atingido com um disparo na cabeça. Ao todo são ouvidos seis tiros.
Após os tiros, o homem com mochila caiu no chão e outro sai, tenta caminhar, mas cai também por conta dos ferimentos. A Secretaria da Segurança Pública informou que a Polícia Civil investiga o caso. A pasta apura o caso como um homicídio seguido de morte em excludente de ilicitude por legítima defesa.
A pasta informou que dois homens se envolveram em uma discussão e, durante a briga, ambos foram atingidos por disparos de arma de fogo.
Equipes da Polícia Militar, do Departamento de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa e da Perícia Forense do Estado do Ceará foram comunicadas sobre o crime. A 8ª Delegacia do Departamento de Homicídios investiga o crime.
