Será realizada nesta quarta-feira (31) uma sessão extraordinária na Câmara Municipal de Ponta Grossa com a finalidade de discutir e votar em 30 projetos advindos do Poder Executivo da cidade. A convocação foi solicitada pela Prefeita Elizabeth Schmidt (PSD) através do Diário Oficial do Município na última quinta-feira (25), sob justificativa de lentidão nos trâmites dos projetos na Casa de Leis.
Dentre os projetos, destacam-se a liberação de terrenos para o Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida e a privatização dos cemitérios municipais. Quatro projetos serão discutidos, referentes ao programa de moradia do Governo Federal, com o objetivo de construir mais de 100 casas para famílias em situação de risco habitacional.
Sobre a privatização dos cemitérios municipais, o projeto a ser votado propõe que seja realizada terceirização de serviços por meio de licitação, e a empresa selecionada será responsável pela ampliação e gestão dos cemitérios.
Dentre os 30 projetos a serem votados, metade deles possui caráter de urgência, requerendo maior agilidade na discussão e votação. Dentre os projetos em regime de urgência, está a alteração no Programa Lar Acolhedor, com a ideia de criar soluções de ajuda para cidadãos sem moradia própria e auxílio em caso de despejo.
