A Polícia Civil através do Nucria de Ponta Grossa deu cumprimento na manhã de hoje (26) a um mandado de prisão contra um homem de 39 anos acusado de abusar sexualmente do enteado de 11 anos.
De acordo com a vítima, os fatos teriam ocorrido no final de agosto quando o então padrasto após ingerir bebida alcoólica teria pedido ao menino que deitassem num colchão na sala no intuito de assistirem um filme.
Segundo a Polícia, nesse momento aproveitando-se da ausência da mãe da criança, o suspeito acariciou as partes íntimas do menino e ainda esfregou seu órgão sexual na vítima.
Após tomar conhecimento da situação a genitora registrou a ocorrência e solicitou medida protetiva em desfavor do ex-companheiro, que foi autuado em flagrante por descumprimento da medida. Devido a gravidade dos fatos, a Delegada Ana Paula Cunha Carvalho responsável pelas investigações representou pela prisão do agressor, mandado este que fosse cumprido no Presídio Hildebrando de Souza onde já se encontrava preso.
De acordo com a polícia, o suspeito negou os fatos, mas admitiu ter ingerido bebida alcoólica do dia do abuso praticado contra a vítima.
