Em contato com a vitima, ela relatou a equipe que chegou em casa com seu convivente , e começaram uma discussão, devido ele ser usuário de entorpecente quando passou a agredi-la, segurando em seu pescoço e tentando enforca-la, e em ato continuo pegou uma
pedra e acertou na cabeça da sua esposa, causando uma lesão, em dado momento a vitima conseguiu fugir para rua, mais foi seguida pelo autor que continuou a agredi-la. Populares que presenciaram a situação chamaram o
SIATE que esteve no local e encaminhou a vitima para a Upa Santa Paula.
No momento em que a equipe chegou na
casa hospitalar, o autor encontrava-se em frente ao hospital e foi abordado pela equipe, e após ser indagado sobre os fatos, se preservou no direito de permanecer calado e foi encaminhado para a 13° SDP.
A vitima permaneceu na casa Hospitalar em observação.
