Um homem compareceu ao destacamento da Polícia Militar de Rio Azul para relatar um caso de agressão ocorrido na residência de seus pais, na manhã de sexta-feira (25).
Segundo o denunciante, outro homem invadiu o pátio da casa, danificou o motor do portão eletrônico e, ao pedir cigarro e ser informado que não havia, passou a agredir o morador, um idoso, com socos na face e na cabeça. Após o ataque, o agressor fugiu do local.
A equipe policial realizou patrulhamentos na tentativa de localizar o autor, mas não obteve sucesso inicialmente. Mais tarde, novas informações indicaram que o filho da vítima havia encontrado o agressor e o detido, utilizando uma corda para imobilizá-lo, após o homem tentar fugir e desferir chutes.
Diante dos fatos, as partes envolvidas foram encaminhadas à delegacia de Polícia Civil de Rebouças para os procedimentos de polícia judiciária.
