Um acidente entre um carro e um caminhão, na tarde deste domingo (23), no Trevo do Caetano, em Ponta Grossa, deixou um homem gravemente ferido. A vítima foi atendida no local onde ocorre o cruzamento entre a BR-376 e BR-373.
Segundo informações preliminares, o veículo Amarok seguia na rodovia em direção ao centro de Ponta Grossa quando ao fazer a conversão, foi “fechado” por um caminhão. Neste momento, o veículo atingiu os tachões refletivos (as famosas tartarugas de sinalização) e um dos pneus estourou. Com isso, o condutor explicou que acabou perdendo o controle da caminhonete e avançou a pista onde colidiu com a carreta que estava estacionada.
Testemunhas que passavam pelo local e que atuam na área da saúde prestaram os primeiros socorros até a chegada do Serviço Integrado de Atendimento ao Trauma em Emergência (SIATE) e o Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU). A vítima, que ficou presa nas ferragens e apresentou ferimentos graves nos braços e na região do pescoço, foi atendida pelas equipes médicas especializadas e encaminhada para casa hospitalar.
