Após uma onda de notícias falsas e polêmicas em torno das novas regras do uso do Pix o Governo Federal decidiu revogou as mudanças. O anúncio foi feito nesta tarde pelo Ministério da Fazenda, após reunião com o presidente Lula (PT).
A nova regra que dizia que haveria fiscalização de movimentações via Pix acima de R$ 5.000 para pessoas físicas, iniciadas em janeiro, param de valer.
A MP deverá ser publicada no DOU (Diário Oficial da União) ainda hoje, mas depois precisa do aval do Congresso Nacional em até 120 dias para não perder a validade.
“Para não dar força aos mentirosos, que podem conturbar a aprovação da MP, essa normativa sai de cena para que os parlamentares olhem para o que é importante”, disse o ministro a respeito da revogação das mudanças na fiscalização do Pix.
