Castro assina termo de cooperação técnica para ser reconhecido como Destino Turístico Inteligente

Depois de passar a integrar oficialmente, no início deste ano, o Mapa do Turismo Brasileiro, Castro agora também contará com ações integradas para o fortalecimento do setor, com o objetivo de ser reconhecido como Destino Turístico Inteligente. O termo de cooperação técnica foi assinado na manhã de quinta-feira (27), por representantes da Administração Pública castrense, representantes de entidades ligadas ao turismo regional e representantes do Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae) – entidade coordenadora da iniciativa.

Durante o encontro, realizado no Salão de Atos da Prefeitura, o gerente regional do Sebrae, Joel Franzim Junior explicou que o município foi diagnosticado com potencial para receber o programa. “É uma satisfação estarmos aqui. Através de todo levantamento que foi feito, percebemos que Castro está dentro das cidades com possibilidade de realizarmos o trabalho. Hoje estamos aqui para assinar esse termo de cooperação, e vamos começar a executar um conjunto de ações efetivamente junto aos empresários, poder público, comunidade e entidades, para fortalecer o turismo local e da região. Já vínhamos trabalhando ações para o fortalecimento desse setor, mas, agora poderemos fortalecer e acelerar esse processo, em parceria. Queremos colocar Castro em destaque estadual e nacional, acima de tudo, é isso que buscamos com o programa”, ressalta.

De acordo com o gerente do Sebrae, o ingresso da cidade no Programa permite análises que dão amparo para melhorias e desenvolvimento a partir de circunstâncias especificas. “A assinatura desse termo, dos Destinos do Turismo Inteligente é um projeto nacional, a partir do qual é possível observarmos os municípios e áreas nas quais estão indo bem, para compararmos. Olhando para todos os municípios que participam do projeto, a gente consegue saber se estamos crescendo ou não, por exemplo, e assim podemos ajudar a preparar os empresários com consultoria, mentoria, orientação, para que possam criar produtos para atrair e manter turistas na cidade”, destacou.

A gerente executiva da Agência de Desenvolvimento do Turismo dos Campos Gerais (Adetur) Karen Kobilarz, também falou com entusiasmo sobre a entrada de Castro no Mapa do Turismo e sobre o esforço para ser reconhecido como Destino Turístico Inteligente. “Foi fundamental a entrada de Castro na Adetur Campos Gerais e no Mapa do Turismo Brasileiro, para que o município fosse comtemplado com esse programa. Fomos buscar esses critérios para escolher o município e, num alinhamento feito com o Sebrae, Castro despontou. Também foram analisadas questões como tamanho e perfil do município, o fato de ter conselho municipal de turismo e plano de trabalho voltado para o setor, mas especialmente, o fator de estar no Mapa e de fazer parte da governança Adetur sinaliza que o município tem interesse e está disposto a desenvolver o turismo de forma ordenada. Quando adere, o município se estrutura para trabalhar o desenvolvimento junto com a iniciativa privada, e é esse papel que a Adetur faz, de orientação, de articulação e de ordenamento de todos os municípios da região, e Castro, a partir de agora, receberá várias ações para se tornar Destino Turístico Inteligente”, afirmou.

Para a secretária municipal de Cultura, Indústria, Comércio e Turismo, Gisele Coradassi, receber o programa nacional para o fortalecimento do Turismo é algo que coloca o município de Castro em posição de destaque. “Castro está muito feliz, nos sentimos privilegiados em receber um programa tão importante como esse e que é tendência internacional. Isso vem sustentar a ideia de que o município tem sim potencial turístico para ser mais explorado, Castro já é cidade turística consolidada, mas podemos ir além, através desse novo projeto. Já temos algumas iniciativas positivas, como o espaço preparado exclusivamente para motorhome, com estrutura de energia, água e esgoto, mas agora, com o acompanhamento do Sebrae durante todo o processo de implantação, e com o diagnóstico turístico do município finalizado, podemos desenvolver muito mais a área. Esperamos que seja um sucesso”, destacou.

O prefeito de Castro, Álvaro Telles também ressaltou a importância da assinatura do termo de cooperação para o município e falou dos próximos passos. “Eu acredito que esse termo assinado hoje tem grande importância para o nosso município, através dele e da parceria com o Sebrae vamos poder implementar muito mais as políticas de turismo de Castro, vamos integrar as entidades, fomentar e atrair o turista. Para isso, inicialmente vamos nos reunir com estabelecimentos comerciais da cidade e tratar a respeito de situações como a volta do Castropeiro, como prato típico, por exemplo, enfim, todos os detalhes que possam incrementar mais o turismo local”, finalizou.
