Uma equipe da Secretaria de Estado do Desenvolvimento Social e Família (Sedef) vem promovendo neste sábado (08) reuniões com gestores municipais de Assistência Social dos municípios mais prejudicados pelas chuvas no Litoral. O objetivo é orientar sobre como podem ser utilizados os recursos do Piso Único de Assistência Social, valores repassados pelo Estado a cada três meses aos 399 municípios do Paraná para ações nesta área.
O dinheiro já está nas contas dos municípios e, em situações como esta, pode ser destinado para ações como acolhimento de pessoas desabrigadas em hotéis e pousadas, compra de itens de alimentação e higiene, entre outros.
“A pedido do governador Ratinho Júnior, estamos próximos das cidades mais atingidas. Esses saldos podem ser utilizados para o atendimento imediato da população afetada. Para o pagamento de hotéis e pousadas, para atender pessoas que perderam suas casas, compra de cestas básicas, atendimento emergencial, compra de materiais de higiene, manutenção de abrigos e outros”, reforçou o secretário do Desenvolvimento Social, Rogério Carboni, que participa das reuniões.
As cidades mais atingidas são Paranaguá, Guaratuba, Antonina e Morretes, e Matinhos com menor intensidade. Juntos, os municípios têm em suas contas destinadas para esse fim mais de R$ 450 mil.
A prefeita Rozane Osaki, de Antonina, destacou que a proximidade com as cidades nesses momentos é fundamental. “Assumimos recentemente, então até entendermos tudo o que precisa, não é fácil. Mas estamos vendo que o Governo do Paraná está sempre pronto para nos atender. Essas orientações são essenciais para nos orientar sobre a melhor direção a seguir”, destacou ela.
Uma equipe técnica da Sefef ficará à disposição dos municípios de forma on-line. Outras farão as orientações e auxiliarão os gestores de forma presencial, a partir deste domingo (09).
PISO – O Piso Único de Assistência Social, lançado pelo Governo do Estado em 2023, unifica os recursos destinados aos municípios para a execução dos serviços, programas, projetos e benefícios, devidamente tipificados e agrupados ao cofinanciamento de serviços e programas socioassistenciais, conforme prioridades da Política Estadual de Assistência Social, pactuadas na Comissão Intergestores Bipartite (CIB) e deliberadas pelo Conselho Estadual da Assistência Social do Paraná (CEAS).
Anteriormente, eram feitos nove repasses aos municípios para o cofinanciamento da Política Estadual de Assistência Social, e deveriam ser aplicados de acordo com as especificidades, cada um destinado a uma finalidade. A partir de 2024, o repasse engloba todas as ações, descentralizando a gestão dos recursos. Os repasses ocorrem a cada três meses. O montante anual é de R$ 57 milhões.
