Dois caminhões carregados com itens de ajuda humanitária partiram na manhã de hoje (11) com destino ao município de Dois Vizinhos, no Sudoeste do Paraná. Uma forte chuva de granizo atingiu a região na madrugada de quarta-feira (9) e causou estragos em 908 residências, a maioria na área urbana.
O Governo do Estado, por meio do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Paraná (CBMPR) e da Defesa Civil Estadual, presta auxílio com o fornecimento de itens como lonas e materiais de reposição e conserto. Foram enviadas 600 cestas básicas, 300 colchões de solteiro, 300 kits dormitório (cobertor de solteiro, fronha e travesseiro) e 4 mil telhas de fibrocimento. Até o momento, as equipes do CBMPR distribuíram 827 lonas e 66 rolos de lonas para e os moradores poderem cobrir emergencialmente as casas e proteger móveis até o conserto definitivo dos telhados. De acordo com a prefeitura de Dois Vizinhos, na maioria dos casos toda a cobertura precisa ser trocada.
Previsão
Segundo a Defesa Civil, a previsão para esta sexta-feira é de dia fechado com tempestades em praticamente todas as regiões do Paraná. Nas cidades do Oeste, Noroeste, Sudoeste e Sul há chance alta de ocorrência de granizo em pontos localizados e de rajadas de vento de até 80 km/h. Nas demais áreas há também chance de tempestades, mas com menor impacto. No final do dia, as tempestades perdem força e se afastam do Paraná na direção de São Paulo. A Defesa Civil estadual monitora estas regiões e está de prontidão para prestar atendimento, se necessário.
