Neste domingo (19), a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) apreendeu sementes e um pé de maconha no bairro Oficinas, em Ponta Grossa.
No flagrante, duas pessoas foram presas e levadas para a 13ª Subdivisão Policial.
Os guardas realizavam patrulhamento pela região, quando avistaram dois homens – ao notar a viatura, um deles tentou esconder algo no bolso, segundo o boletim de ocorrência.
Durante a abordagem, os guardas municipais identificaram que o objeto se tratava de um pacote com substância análoga à maconha na forma de flores secas e também algumas sementes.
Questionado, o homem informou que recebeu a substância do outro suspeito. Também indagado, o cidadão informou à GCM que cultivava um pé de maconha no quintal de sua residência para o próprio consumo, o qual ele avaliava que era permitido.
A equipe foi até a casa do suspeito, onde confirmou a informação e apreendeu a planta.
Os dois homens receberam voz de prisão e foram encaminhados para a 13ª Subdivisão Policial.
