Na quinta-feira (23), faleceu no hospital o homem que conduzia o carro que capotou, resultando na morte de um bebê de nove meses. Identificado como Vanderlei José Lopes, ele tinha 44 anos e era o pai do bebê.
O trágico acidente envolvendo o carro de uma família ocorreu em São José dos Pinhais, na Região Metropolitana de Curitiba, na tarde da última terça-feira (21).
O acidente aconteceu na Colônia Acioli, uma área rural do município. O veículo da família, um Palio, trafegava pela estrada de terra na rua Joana Percegona Zen quando o motorista perdeu o controle em uma curva. O carro “decolou”, caiu de uma altura de quatro metros e invadiu o terreno de uma igreja.
No carro estavam um casal e seus três filhos. Vanderlei José Lopes ficou preso nas ferragens e foi socorrido em estado gravíssimo pelo helicóptero do Batalhão de Polícia Militar de Operações Aéreas (BPMOA). Ele não resistiu aos ferimentos e faleceu dois dias após o acidente.
