O deputado federal Nikolas Fereira (PL-MG) declarou hoje (27) que seu partido, o PL, irá apresentar uma denúncia contra André Janones (Avante-MG) ao Conselho de Ética da Câmara dos Deputados.
“Acabei de conversar com o líder do PL, deputado Altineu Côrtes, para que seja apresentada no Conselho de Ética uma representação contra André Janones pela prática de rachadinha em seu gabinete, ou seja, corrupção. Em áudio publicado pelo Metrópoles, ele assume claramente a prática de desvio dos salários de seus servidores. Além disso, a oposição também apresentará uma notícia-crime a PGR acerca dessa situação. Sua cassação é só uma questão de tempo”, escreveu Nikolas no X, antigo Twitter.
Janones foi flagrado em uma gravação apoiando a ideia de utilizar a prática ilegal de rachadinha para cobrir seus gastos de campanha.
Durante a conversa que foi registrada em fevereiro de 2019, o parlamentar de Minas Gerais mencionou que iria buscar apoio de algumas pessoas para quitar as despesas da sua candidatura para a prefeitura de Ituiutaba em 2016.
“Tem algumas pessoas aqui, [com] que eu ainda vou conversar em particular depois… Vão receber um pouco de salário a mais. E elas vão me ajudar a pagar as contas do que ficou da minha campanha de prefeito”, disse o deputado.
“Eu perdi R$ 675 mil na campanha. ‘Ah, isso é devolver salário e você tá chamando de outro nome’. Não é. Porque eu devolver salário, você manda na minha conta e eu faço o que eu quiser”, acrescentou.
