Marcio, que foi assessor de gabinete e diretor financeiro da Secretaria Municipal de Abastecimento, acabou condenado pela prática do crime de peculato, por quarenta vezes, tendo a pena estabelecida em 12 (doze) anos e 09 (nove) meses e 10 (dez) dias de reclusão.

De acordo com as investigações realizadas, restou identificado que os empregados públicos MARCIO RIBEIRO FERREIRA e ROBSON LENDZION teriam se unido para fraudar o Programa Mercado da Família, desviando os recursos do programa e se apropriando dos valores, que deveriam ser depositados na conta bancária vinculada ao programa.
MARCIO foi preso enquanto assistia um jogo de basquete, no ginásio Borell.
ROBSON LENDZION é considerado foragido. A Polícia pede a população que informações sobre o paredeiro de ROBSON, sejam realizadas no WhatsApp Denúncia do Setor Operacional, no nº (42) 3219-2780.
