A Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa informou que irá recorrer da liminar proferida pela juíza Luciana Virmond Cesar, da 2ª Vara da Fazenda Pública, que suspendeu o aumento salarial da Prefeita, vice e secretários.
Tal regulamentação que reajustou os salários da prefeita, vice-prefeito e secretários municipais de Ponta Grossa, foi aprovada como Lei Municipal nº. 15.385/2024 além de ter criado o 13º salário para estes cargos durante o mandato de 2025-2028. Lei que a Prefeita Elizabeth Schimidt vetou parcialmente, somente o trecho do aumento salarial de médicos, sob o argumento que era inconstitucional. A decisão judicial
Conforme o despacho da juíza obtido pela reportagem do MZ Notícias, a prefeita e a Câmara Municipal foram notificados da decisão.
A juíza estipulou uma multa mensal de R$ 70 mil para o caso de não cumprimento imediato da decisão. A liminar destaca ainda que o Executivo tem 15 dias para apresentar a relação de todos os cargos comissionados com vencimento percentual ao de secretário, assim como todos os estudos de impacto financeiro e econômico.
