A Prefeitura de Ponta Grossa assinará nesta terça-feira (2) a ordem de serviço para a realização da primeira obra de pavimentação em concreto na cidade. O contrato, firmado com a Arena Participações, contemplará a pavimentação de ruas no Distrito Industrial, em uma parceria entre o Município e o Núcleo das Indústrias de Ponta Grossa (NDI/ACIPG).
Conhecida também como pavimentação rígida, a obra receberá um investimento de R$ 7,8 milhões e abrangerá aproximadamente 2,5 km de pavimento. Além disso, serão realizados serviços de terraplenagem, implantação de sistema de drenagem, instalação de meio-fios, sinalização viária, entre outros.
O presidente do NDI, Rafael Issa Rickli, ressaltou a importância dessa iniciativa, destacando que a pavimentação não só melhorará a acessibilidade e a segurança nas instalações industriais como também abrirá novas oportunidades de crescimento econômico para a região. Ele considera essa conquista como um marco significativo para o desenvolvimento do Distrito Industrial de Ponta Grossa.
Rickli também enfatizou o papel fundamental da indústria para a arrecadação de impostos municipais, evidenciando a relevância desse setor para o crescimento econômico e o desenvolvimento sustentável de Ponta Grossa.
O prazo estabelecido para a execução da obra é de 240 dias.
