Uma adolescente paraguaia, de 13 anos, apreendida em uma casa de prostituição em Missal, no oeste do Paraná, por apresentar documento falso, foi devolvida à família de acordo com a Polícia Civil. O caso foi registrado na última terça-feira (12). A informação é do g1.
Segundo a Polícia Militar (PM), a equipe recebeu uma denúncia de que um estabelecimento sem alvará estava funcionando como local de prostituição, inclusive com menores de idade.
No local, das cinco mulheres paraguaias que foram abordadas, uma delas, era adolescente de 13 anos, que apresentou uma foto de documento de outra pessoa de 23 anos, segundo a polícia. Após interrogatório, ela admitiu que o documento era falso.
Conforme a Polícia Civil, após ser levada à delegacia a adolescente assinou um boletim de ocorrência circunstanciado de ato infracional, um documento similar ao inquérito policial, usado em casos de menor potencial que envolva menores de idade.
Em seguida, ela foi entregue a mãe, que também é de origem paraguaia. Uma das outras mulheres, uma jovem de 26 anos, responsável pelo local, foi presa em flagrante por corrupção de menor e permanece detida, segundo a polícia. Ainda, de acordo com o g1, o local não possuía alvará de funcionamento.
