Em uma fiscalização de rotina realizada na manhã desta segunda-feira (16), a Receita Federal encontrou 30 quilos de cabelo humano escondidos em um fundo falso de uma van que transitava pela Ponte da Amizade, em Foz do Iguaçu, no Paraná. A van seguia para Cidade do Leste, no Paraguai, região conhecida pelo intenso comércio de produtos importados.
“Nessa van foi encontrado um fundo falso. Para nossa surpresa, ao invés de ter celulares, tablets, que normalmente são coisas que nós encontramos, havia ali cabelo humano natural”, afirmou Daniel Messias Linck, auditor da Receita Federal. Os cabelos estavam embalados em sacolas plásticas pretas.
Além dos cabelos, a Receita também apreendeu duas câmeras fotográficas. Todos os itens estavam sem documentação de origem, o que levou à prisão do motorista, um idoso de 60 anos, de nacionalidade paraguaia. Ele foi levado à Polícia Federal por transporte de mercadorias sem procedência e sem declaração, com valor estimado acima de R$ 20 mil.
A importação de cabelo humano é regulamentada pela Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) e exige cumprimento de normas sanitárias. A Receita Federal informou que a apreensão foi realizada durante uma das inúmeras vistorias de veículos que transitam pela Ponte da Amizade, por onde passam diariamente cerca de 103 mil pessoas e 45 mil veículos.
