O atestado médico foi emitido pelo coordenador médico da oncologia clínica do Hospital Mater Dei, na capital mineira, Enaldo Melo de Lima.
O prefeito reeleito de BH segue na unidade de terapia intensiva (UTI) para tratamento de uma pneumonia.
O político de 77 anos foi internado por tempo indeterminado na última sexta-feira (3), com quadro de insuficiência respiratória aguda. Ele respira com a ajuda de aparelhos (assistência ventilatória). Após o segundo turno das eleições de outubro, Fuad passou por outras três internações.
